The Mann Center Junior Fellowship Program, launched in January 2019, is an introductory program within the Mann’s portfolio of workforce development initiatives. Its core mission is to provide every young person with the opportunity to be inspired by the sights, sounds, and rhythms of the arts through the magic and richness of educational programming. Thanks to the logistical support from our program partners at Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP), students submitted written and visual applications advocating for their spot in the program based on personal interests, passions, and one’s relation to the arts.
