40 Under 40: Meet the final group of honorees in the class of 2022

by Lisa Dukart | Philadelphia Business Journal

Forty years old.

It's an age by which many people are solidifying their places within their industries, making names for themselves and further carving out niches both personally and professionally. At that age, some have started businesses, while others are leading long-established companies.

Each year, the Philadelphia Business Journal recognizes 40 remarkable individuals who are making their mark on the region. This year, we are honoring 39 individuals and a pair of business partners as the 2022 class of 40 Under 40.

This class of honorees comprise all manner of professionals, from lawyers and real estate brokers to doctors and financiers to nonprofit leaders and individuals in tech and the life sciences.

The breadth of their expertise is a microcosm of the vast talent pool in Greater Philadelphia, as well as its geographic scope. While many honorees work in Philadelphia, they also represent regions as far as Wilmington, Delaware; Delanco, New Jersey; and West Reading.

Collectively, their work is full of remarkable accomplishments that forecast a bright future for not just these individuals, but for the region as a whole.

Honorees were selected from a highly competitive pool of 340 nominations made by the public. We will celebrate the 2022 class on May 19 at Rivers Casino Philadelphia, and all honorees will be profiled in a special print edition of the Business Journal on May 20.

Honorees were announced in four installments this week. See the first, second and third groups. In no particular order, here are the final 10 members of this year’s 40 Under 40 class:

Bradley Baer – Bluecadet
Chetan Bagga – Archetype Solutions Group
