THE MANN CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS APPOINTS TWO NEW MEMBERS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Mann Center for the Performing Arts is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Beale and Larry Wiltshire to its Board of Directors. Their combined experience ranging from business development to strategic consulting, paired with their passion for the arts, will further the Mann’s commitment to artistic excellence and community impact.

“We are excited to welcome Kevin and Larry, whose expertise spans industries and communities,” said Catherine M. Cahill, president and CEO of the Mann. “These dynamic leaders have insight that will be invaluable as we continue to expand our artistic programming and community reach, all while serving as a cultural resource for our Philadelphia and Parkside neighbors.”

Kevin Beale is the Philadelphia Phillies senior director of the Business Development & Suite Sales department at Citizens Bank Park. In this role, Beale oversees all non-game day events and concerts and manages relationships within the sports complex, including the Philadelphia Eagles and various Phillies alumni. His leadership has been instrumental in producing concerts by artists such as Pink, Billy Joel, Paul McCartney, Jay Z, Bruce Springsteen and Elton John.

Beale also works closely with some of Philadelphia’s largest companies. His oversite includes the sales and operations of all corporate-leased suites at the stadium and some of the largest sponsorship partners, including the Phillies radio partnership.

“As someone who was born in Philadelphia and raised just outside the city, it’s incredibly meaningful to support an institution like the Mann that brings world-class performances and community programming to our region. I’m honored to join the board and contribute to advancing a mission that aligns with my passion for music, people and the outdoors,” said Beale.

Beale currently sits on the Phillies Governing Council with Aramark and is a member of the 2026 MLB All-Star Game committee. Beale earned his bachelor of arts in English from Randolph Macon College.

Larry Wiltshire is managing partner at Eastmond Parker, a boutique management consulting firm that helps clients navigate the complexities and evolving landscape of bank regulation. With expertise in financial regulation and strategic advisory, he specializes in interpreting current and emerging regulatory frameworks, translating complex legal and compliance issues into actionable insights for businesses and investors.

With over 15 years of experience in banking and regulatory matters spanning the private and public sector, Wiltshire previously held roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and New York, and EY. Wiltshire serves on the board of North10, where he supports initiatives focused on education, affordable housing and economic development, and teaches as an adjunct professor at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

“I work at the intersection of strategy and public service and look forward to supporting the Mann’s mission and broadening their impact across the region,” said Wiltshire. “It’s an honor to contribute to an organization that not only showcases incredible performances, but invests in education and community.”

Wiltshire earned his bachelor of science in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania and a master of science in real estate finance from New York University.
