PHILADELPHIA (Nov. 7, 2024) —The Mann Center for the Performing Arts has appointed three new members to its Board of Directors: Dave W. Burkavage, G. Roni Green and Colleen Lynch. Their experience ranges from financial services to social justice and law, all connecting through their shared dedication to the Mann’s work of presenting world-class artists across genres and creating equitable opportunity for a diversity of robust arts education in Philadelphia.
“Dave, Roni and Colleen are all influential, respected leaders in the Philadelphia region, and we are pleased that they have chosen to dedicate their time and talents to the Mann,” said Catherine M. Cahill, president and CEO of the Mann. “They are passionate that the Mann leads as a center of cultural excellence, inclusivity and innovation, and we look forward to their support and insights as we continue to serve as the Philadelphia region’s outdoor music destination and as a year-round advocate for and provider of meaningful community education and workforce development opportunities, particularly in our own Parkside neighborhood.”
Dave W. Burkavage is currently an assurance partner and the Philadelphia office managing partner at Ernst & Young (EY). Burkavage has more than 21 years of experience in auditing, reporting and transaction experience with public and private companies. “As a financial services professional, I seek the best solutions for my clients to help them advance their business objectives,” said Burkavage. “I look forward to working together with the Board to do the same for the Mann so that future generations can continue to have access to one of the most iconic performing arts venues in Philadelphia.”
Burkavage earned his bachelor of business administration and master of science in accountancy degrees from the University of Notre Dame. He and his wife Danielle now live in Philadelphia with their three children.

“Access to the arts and arts education is a crucial asset to uplift our communities,” said Green. “The Mann’s dedication to serving its local community with arts and workforce development opportunities parallels much of the work I support as a State representative. I am excited to get to work with my fellow Board members to ensure the Mann’s community programming continues to lead the way for positive change.”
