Gift Certificate Redemption
In Person: Visit The Mann Center Box Office at 52nd and Parkside Avenue. Box Office hours during the season are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 5 PM.
By Phone: Call (215) 546-7900, ext 100. Give your gift certificate number from the front of your gift certificate. Administrative hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.

Access the Arts Program
The mission of the Access the Arts program is to give non-profit and community-based organizations which work directly with under-served, low-income audiences, the opportunity to access the classical and performing arts. Access the Arts provides free lawn tickets to select orchestral concerts. If selected to participate your organization can order up to 50 tickets per show.
To apply to be a part of the Access the Arts program please fill out the online application and attach these additional materials:
- A brief letter on your organizations letterhead from the Executive Director or other appropriate supervisor supporting your agency's application and acknowledging the non-refundable application fee of $25.00.
- A copy of your organization's IRS notification letter.
Any applications received without accompanying materials will not be considered. All applications and fees for the 2013 Season of Access the Arts must be recieved by February 19th, 2013. All applicants will be notified of participation status in March. Accepted organizations will receive ticket ordering instructions when the orchestral series is announced.
