Q. Where is the best place to meet my friends? A. Both the Peco Plaza and The Mann Center Box Office are great areas to meet before performances.
Q. Can you see the stage and hear music from the lawn area? A. Lawn seating is on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you arrive, the better your choice of lawn space. The stage is visible from the lawn, and there is outdoor sound.
Q. What is the appropriate dress for attending Mann Center events? A. Casual attire is appropriate.

Q. Does my baby need a ticket? A. Yes. For most performances, everyone, including children of all ages, must have a ticket and be able to sit quietly throughout the performance. We ask adults to use discretion in bringing children and encourage attendance at our family and children’s concerts.
Q. How can I check to make sure my tickets will be at the Will Call window? A. It is not necessary to check. Just remember to bring your photo ID and the credit card you used when you purchased your tickets.
Q. Where is the Will Call window, and when can I pick up my tickets? A. The Will Call window is located at The Mann Center Box Office. Will Call tickets ordered through Ticket Philadelphia will be available at The Mann Center Box Office three days after date of purchase.
Can I get a discount if I buy tickets for a large group? A. Yes. For groups of 20 or more, discounted tickets are available for most performances. For more information on group discounts or to order tickets, call 215.546.7900, ext. 100.
Q. Can I refund or exchange my tickets? A. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Refunds are only available if a show is canceled. Friends of The Mann, however, have exchange privileges for some shows as part of their benefits package.
Q. Are any concerts free of charge? A. Yes. Our Young People’s Concert Series is free of charge. In addition, concert tickets are made available free of charge through various community program initiatives. For more information, please check our complimentary tickets page.
Q. How can I find out when tickets will go on sale for a particular show? A. Join The Mann Center email club to receive advance notice about our calendar.
Q. How can I purchase tickets and have someone else pick them up? A. When purchasing tickets through our box office (215.893.1999), be sure to give the operator the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets at our Box Office. All patrons will be asked to show an ID when picking up tickets at the Will Call window.

Q. Are there places to eat at The Mann? A. Yes! There are many wonderful options, from fine dining to festive ethnic food stands.
Q. What accommodations are made for patrons with disabilities? A. Parking for patrons with a valid handicap license plate or other authorized identification is available near the Main Entrance Gate and at the top of the hill entrance. Patrons should follow signage towards the VIP parking areas for designated handicap parking. Patrons may also be dropped off in front of Main Entrance Gate and Mann Center box office. The Mann provides wheelchair accessible seating, but reservations must be made to prevent disappointment in the event of sold-out performances. This service is free of charge. Please indicate your requirements when ordering tickets. Wheelchair and other assistance is available. Please ask any of our ushers or security staff to help you.

Q. What happens if it rains? A. All performances go on, rain or shine. If there are seats available, lawn ticket holders may exchange their tickets for seats under cover in the pavilion, but must pay the difference in price. Otherwise, patrons should come prepared for the weather. No refunds, exchanges, or rain checks are given to ticket holders due to rain. Ushers will not permit lawn ticket holders to move under cover unless they have upgraded their tickets at The Mann Center box office.
Q. Can I bring my tape recorder, or VCR, or camera? A. No. Audio or video recorders and cameras are not permitted at The Mann for any performance. If audio or video equipment is discovered, the patron may be required to leave the premises without refund of admission. |
