TCHAIKOVSKY Piano Concerto No. 1
BEETHOVEN Symphony No. 9 (“Choral”)

An “Ode to Joy and Youth” kicks off The Mann Center's season of celebrating 75 Years of Music in the Park as we feature the latest Gold Medal Winner of the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition and young virtuoso singers—alumnae of The Curtis Institute and The Academy of Vocal Arts, in a night of all-time favorites. Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1 is the most beloved of all concertos and the Beethoven Ninth, with its famous “Ode to Joy,” proclaims the hope for brotherhood among nations and generations.
